Abstract

         Since the dawn of Islam، a woman has gained a position through which she obtains her legitimate share in life، after she was suffering from her bitterness، suffering her cruelty، and suffering from many injustices. This is whether on the part of men or on the part of society، or as a result of customary legislation that violated her rights and robbed her of her dignity for a period of time.  Until the Islamic religion has come and has rescued her from the reality of the predicament in which she is، so her family and social role emerged، and her effectiveness became recognized under divine legislation، fair in her fairness، entitlement and care for her.  An objective study in the light of the Qur’an and the Sunnah


 The research plan came in the light of an introduction and two sections. As for the preface، it dealt with the virtue of women and their general family and social role، then talking about the rooting of women’s rights، while the first topic dealt with the prophetic evidence of entitlement in the following: 1- The right of the mother 2- The right of the wife 3- The right of the daughter .  As for the second topic، it relates to the jurisprudence provisions that include women's rights، which are: 1- The rule of learning 2- The rule of inheritance 3- The rule of going out for jihad.  Finally، the conclusion of the research.
