Abstract

Since the dawn of Islam, women have received the attention of everyone, especially in the jurisprudential issues that occupy their society, and the status of rights and duties that make them participate with men in development and belonging. In the modern era, and since the beginning of the International Decade for Women, interest in the role of women has begun through the issue of development and preoccupation with employing human energies; participation in decision-making in various walks of life and in different fields. Based on the foregoing, one of the research objectives is to identify the historical development of women's work in Egypt, and knowing the importance of the role of women and their contribution to development programs.


As for the importance of the research and the proposed results, it is the participation of women in all its forms and levels, which are pivotal issues at all societal levels, regardless of the progress of these societies, or Its backwardness and the impact of social influences that help civil society organizations know what can be offered to women to create the appropriate climate to perform their various roles and social responsibility towards growth and development.
